What NirvanAI Is

NirvanAI™ is a digital wellness coaching platform focused on healthy human-AI relationships. We provide educational content, self-assessment tools, personalized AI interaction frameworks, and practical guidance for navigating AI relationships with balance and awareness.

What NirvanAI Is Not

We are not a substitute for professional mental health care. NirvanAI does not provide therapy, clinical diagnosis, psychiatric evaluation, or medical advice. Our assessments are educational self-reflection tools, not clinical instruments. Our personalized frameworks are configuration guides, not treatment plans.

Age Requirement

You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account and access personalized features on NirvanAI. The free assessment quiz is available without an account, but creating a NirvanAI Soul Config requires account creation and age confirmation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

Digital Wellness Coaching

Our services fall under digital wellness coaching — similar to fitness coaching, mindfulness training, or personal development programs. We help you develop awareness and healthy habits around AI usage. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or establish clinical relationships.

Assessment & Results

Our AI Relationship Assessment is a self-reflection tool designed to help you think about your interaction patterns. Results are educational, not diagnostic. A high score doesn't mean you're “broken” — it means you might benefit from more intentional AI interaction habits.

Assessment results are processed entirely in your browser and are held for a limited time (approximately 4 minutes) before being automatically cleared. We do not store your individual assessment results on our servers. This is by design — we take data minimization seriously.

NirvanAI Soul Config

Authenticated users may generate a personalized NirvanAI Soul Config — a cryptographically signed configuration file containing your assessment results and personalization preferences. This file is:

• Account-bound: Tied to your X or Google account and cannot be transferred
• Signed: Cryptographically verified by NirvanAI to prevent tampering or forgery
• Yours to keep: Downloaded to your device. We delete our copy after download.
• Future-proof: Designed to be readable by future versions of NirvanAI services

Important: NirvanAI is in early development. If you lose access to your account or your Soul Config file, you will need to retake the assessment and regenerate your configuration. We do not currently offer backup or recovery services for Soul Config files.

Anonymous Data Collection

We collect anonymous, aggregated statistics from assessments and personalization choices to improve our products and understand broader patterns in human-AI interaction. This data contains no personally identifiable information — no account IDs, no email addresses, no IP addresses. It cannot be linked back to any individual user. This anonymous data helps us develop better tools for everyone.

Emotional Safety Features

NirvanAI frameworks may include emotional safety features designed to help users manage AI interactions during periods of emotional vulnerability. These features are tools for self-awareness, not clinical interventions. Users are always responsible for their own wellbeing and should seek professional help when needed.

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions
• If our content surfaces difficult emotions, seek appropriate professional support
• Don't use NirvanAI as a replacement for therapy or professional counseling
• Be honest with yourself about your assessment responses — the tool only works if you do
• Keep your Soul Config file safe — we cannot recover it for you
• Do not attempt to forge, modify, or reverse-engineer NirvanAI Soul Config files

Intellectual Property

The NirvanAI name, assessment framework, Soul Config system, content, and methodology are the intellectual property of NirvanAI™. You may share your assessment results freely. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize our frameworks, content, tools, or Soul Config file format without written permission.

Early Development Notice

NirvanAI is in active early development. Features, assessments, frameworks, and personalization options may change as we grow. We're building this in the open because we believe the need is urgent. Your early participation helps shape better tools for everyone. Thank you for being here.

Limitation of Liability

NirvanAI provides educational content, self-assessment tools, and personalized frameworks on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our content, assessment results, Soul Config recommendations, or framework guidance. Use your own judgment and seek professional guidance when appropriate.

Changes

We may update these terms as NirvanAI evolves. Significant changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of current terms.
