The Short Version

We collect as little data as possible. Your assessment results stay in your browser. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the internet. We're a wellness platform, not an ad company.

What We Collect

  • Assessment responses: Processed entirely in your browser. We do not send your answers to any server unless you explicitly choose to save or share them.
  • Account information: If you sign in (optional), we store only what your OAuth provider shares (name, email, profile image). We never see or store your password.
  • Basic analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to understand how many people visit the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
  • Anonymous aggregate statistics: We collect anonymized assessment scores, tier results, and personalization preferences to improve our products. This data contains no account IDs, email addresses, IP addresses, or any information that could identify you. It cannot be linked back to any individual.

What We Don't Do

  • Sell or share your personal data with third parties
  • Use tracking cookies or cross-site advertising pixels
  • Store your assessment results on our servers (unless you opt in)
  • Train AI models on your personal data
  • Share information with insurance companies, employers, or government agencies

Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all connections. Authentication is handled through established OAuth providers (Google, X/Twitter) — we never handle your credentials directly. Our infrastructure runs on Vercel's edge network with enterprise-grade security.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your account at any time by contacting us. Since we store minimal data, there's usually very little to delete. You can use the assessment without creating an account at all.

Not Clinical Data

NirvanAI is a digital wellness coaching platform, not a healthcare provider. Your assessment results are not medical records and are not subject to HIPAA. That said, we treat your data with the same respect and care we'd want for our own.
